Free shipping. US only.

Shipping is free on every order. It's built into the price.
We ship to street addresses in the United States. Email us before you order if you need a US territory or military address.
We ship USPS Ground Advantage. A tracking number comes by email when your order ships.

When it ships

Ready designs (no personalization): ship within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after you order.
Personalized pieces: after checkout we email you a digital proof within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once you reply APPROVED, your piece ships within 3-5 business days.
Ready designs with an optional add-on (a town star or a year line): these also get a proof first, and they ship 3-5 business days after you approve it.
Site-only pieces are made to order. We confirm the ship window before you pay.

Business days don't include weekends or USPS holidays.

Holiday deadlines (2026)

Personalized orders: place them by December 7.
Ready designs: place them by December 13.

To stay on schedule, please reply to your proof within 2 days. Orders placed after these dates are welcome, but we can't promise they'll arrive by Christmas.

Packing

Staves are wrapped in bubble wrap and kraft paper and boxed with corner protection. Barrel heads ship in their own box, and so does each head in a 5-pack.

Damaged in transit
